Sometimes, when you have been cheated on, the need for revenge against your philandering partner can be consuming.

It is not because you are an evil person or that you are a psychopath, you are just so damned hurt and angry that you feel the need to lash out. You want to hurt your ex as much as they have hurt you.

They have moved on but you just can't seem to.

They have betrayed your trust and you want to get even!

Perfectly understandable.

Women often resort to trashing the guy's car, throwing his belongings out in the street, setting fire to them on the front lawn or confronting his new girlfriend and creating a scene.

For the record ladies…guys love a good "cat fight", it turns them on so…this approach will not bring you satisfaction! You will only have succeeded in degrading yourself while your ex enjoys the fact the two babes are fighting over his manly self!

Men, sometimes choose a more threatening approach of stalking their ex and her new lover, calling her multiple times at night to see who she's with or sharing private photos or videos of the ho with the guys.

Not a good idea. Stalking a woman is a serious offense and no laughing matter. You may just find yourself branded as a stalker and slapped with a restraining order.

In the "good old days" exacting revenge on a cheater required a "hands on approach". You had to actually physically perform the dirty deed yourself.

Not anymore.

Thanks to a few clever entrepreneurs and the marvels of the World Wide Web, revenge is at your fingertips and you don't even have to leave your seat to get it!

Dead flowers, nasty baskets, break up services, email campaigns, letter packages, smelly candy, picture editing and an arsenal of other nasty pranks are at your disposal for a price.

To be honest, it all seems a tad juvenile and demeaning to me.

In my opinion, the best revenge on any cheater, male or female is to move on quickly and be happy! Even if you have to fake it for a while. It makes the cheater feel very disposable in insignificant just as they have made you feel.

Isn't that what you really want?
