Ashley Madison (Myrick) has filed a lawsuit against Ashley Madison (.com) for the "humiliation"
she has endured over having the same name as the site that promotes infidelity.

Touché and right back atcha Babe!

In response, Ashley Madison (the website infamous for promoting infidelity) has filed a counter-suit against Ashley Madison (the infamous gerontophiliac opportunist…ummm…oh yea…actress) for using their trademark name to "inappropriately garner goodwill" to support her acting career.

It's all about money and this is priceless! Now let me see…

• They both have CHOSEN the name "Ashley Madison".
• Neither contributes anything of real merit to society in their chosen profession (although Noel Biderman will argue).
• They both make themselves painfully conspicuous with their egregious publicity antics.
• They both rely on bad publicity to keep them in the spotlight – after all, even bad publicity is GOOD for business!

When either makes an ass of themselves in public, both benefit…although I do believe that AshleyMadison.com is the more famous of the two plaintiffs.

It's hard to know who to cheer for in this match…more to the point…it's even harder to care!
